Tammy has over 20 years’ experience working in injury insurance. Beginning as a rehabilitation counsellor managing personal injury claims for WorkCover Queensland, her career quickly developed into strategic and operational leadership roles. She is recognised as a motivational leader of high performing business units, focussed on achieving optimal injury recovery and return to work outcomes.
Tammy has a strong drive to positively influence the customer experience. Her passion to work closely and genuinely with others has seen her enjoy a successful leadership career.

She holds a Master of Human Services (Rehabilitation Counselling), a Graduate Diploma of Psychology, a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences and a Diploma of Frontline Management.

She has worked across a broad range of employment industry units, establishing close working relationships with corporate employers, and stakeholders across medical, allied health and legal professions as well as unions.
