Samantha has over 30 years’ experience in the health industry. She has worked in quality and leadership roles ,client relationship management and service delivery across the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia.

Originally qualifying as a pharmacist specialising in oncology, Sam progressed into an executive role as General Manager for Ramsay Healthcare, and then moved into the regulatory jurisdiction for the Care Quality Commission responsible for the regulation of the quality and safety of care offered by healthcare within the UK. She finally settled in Australia to work as an Executive Manager with the Health Quality and Complaints Commission. Sam joined mlcoa in 2012 as the General Manager of Queensland, and has been the Executive General Manager for mlcoa for 5 years

Sam holds a Master of Business Administration, a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, a Diploma of Oncology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmacy.
